Delete Your Account

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the Minimart app:

• Open the Minimart app on your device.
• Go to Profile.
• Tap Delete Account.
• Confirm your request.

Once you confirm, your account and the data described below will be permanently removed from Minimart.

If you can’t access the app or would rather email us, send a deletion request to support@minimartapp.io from the email address associated with your Minimart account.

Please include:

• The phone number or email you use to sign in to Minimart.
• Your business or shop name (if you remember it).

We may need to verify your identity before processing the request so we don’t delete the wrong account.

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your account information (name, email, password).
• Your phone number and profile details.
• Your business or shop information.
• Your product catalog and inventory records.
• Your sales and transaction history.
• Expense records and staff assignments you created.
• App preferences associated with your account.

Some information may be retained for a limited period where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal or tax compliance, or disaster recovery. This typically includes:

• Technical logs and backups that automatically expire on a rolling schedule.
• Records we’re legally required to keep (for example, records of purchases you made through Google Play).
• Anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer be linked back to you.

Retained data is stored securely and deleted automatically according to our internal retention schedule.

In-app deletions are processed immediately. Email requests are usually completed within 7 business days of us verifying your identity. Backups containing your data are typically purged within 30 days of the deletion.
